At Aavasa, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
- Item is damaged
- Item is defective
- Wrong product received
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Used products
- Customized products
- Products damaged after delivery
Refund Process
Once the returned item is inspected and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error, return shipping charges will be borne by Aavasa.
